QueueUp ("we", "us") operates getqueueup.com. This page explains what information we collect from people who sign up to waitlists hosted on our platform, and how we handle it.
When you submit a waitlist form, we store your email address and the timestamp of your submission. We do not collect names, IP addresses, or any other personal data.
Your email address is collected solely to record your place on the waitlist for the product you signed up for.
We do not send any emails to waitlist subscribers. Your address is stored and held for the waitlist owner to view or export. The waitlist owner is responsible for any communication they send you.
Waitlist subscriber emails are retained for a maximum of 2 years from the date of signup. After that period they are permanently deleted. You can also request early deletion at any time (see below).
We do not sell or share your email address with third parties. It is accessible only to the owner of the waitlist you signed up for and to QueueUp infrastructure used to operate the service.
You may request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us at support@getqueueup.com. Please include the email address you used and the waitlist it relates to. We will action the request within 30 days.
